Job Details

- Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner – L1 Service Desk
- Experience: 1+ Year
- Location: Bengaluru
- Interview Mode: F2F
- Interview Date: Saturday, 19th September

Key Requirements
- 1+ year experience in IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
- L1 troubleshooting and incident management experience
- Password reset and basic technical support
- ServiceNow / ticketing tool experience
- Valuable communication and voice support skills
- Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM
- Basic knowledge of OS, applications and networking

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT PF account / PF service history from previous employment is mandatory.

Candidates without PF records will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle user queries and L1 technical issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and incident triage
- Handle password reset requests
- Create and update service tickets
- Provide technical support through voice/support channels
- Follow standard support procedures and escalation processes
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to users
