Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh

CTC: 75,000 per month

Take-Home: Approx. 70,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Operations: 247 Plant Support

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT operations and support services at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle critical incidents, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Provide IT support for production applications, ALC/PLC systems, ERP/SAP, and other plant-related systems.
- Monitor and manage ITIL processes, SLA/KPI performance, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Vendors, and Central IT teams.
- Lead the onsite IT support team, including shift planning and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure smooth IT operations in a 247 manufacturing setting.
- Manage IT infrastructure, end-user computing, network/server coordination, and plant IT services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, SOPs, technical documentation, and operational records.
- Ensure timely escalation and coordination with central IT and external vendors for critical issues.




- Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to improve system availability and service quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Plant IT Operations / Manufacturing IT.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, and incident management.
- Exposure to SAP/ERP, production applications, ALC/PLC systems, and plant-floor IT environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and RCA skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing onsite IT teams and shift-based operations.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure production environment.
- Willingness to work onsite and support 247 plant operations
