Manage end-to-end IT operations at manufacturing plants.

- Handle critical incidents, troubleshooting, and RCA.

- Support production applications, ALC/PLC systems, and ERP/SAP.

- Manage ITIL processes, SLA/KPI, and IT infrastructure.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, vendors, and central IT teams.

- Manage onsite IT support team, shifts, and plant IT operations.

- Maintain IT inventory, SOPs, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Solid Plant IT Operations experience.

- Manufacturing/production IT experience.

- IT infrastructure and ITIL knowledge.

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work onsite and support 247 operations.Role & responsibilities
