Job Summary To manage the company's complete IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of ERP, computer systems, network, CCTV and IT support services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support ERP Finsys and resolve user queries/issues.
- Manage all office computers, laptops, printers and software.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and networking systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and recording systems.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
- Maintain IT assets, user IDs, access permissions and data backups.
- Coordinate with ERP, CCTV, hardware and other IT vendors.
- Ensure IT security, system availability and minimum downtime.
- Maintain proper records of IT complaints, assets, AMC and services.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma/BCA/B.Tech/MCA in IT or Computer Science.
- 5-8 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in ERP, hardware, networking and CCTV preferred.
