Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage basic system and network-related tasks.
- Maintain IT assets, records, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Assist in maintaining data security, backups, and access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and technical services when required.





Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
