We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, security, and efficiency while providing technical support and improving IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT-related problems.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet technology needs.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
