Manage and maintain computer hardware, laptops, printers & peripherals
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS and software
Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches & network infrastructure
Provide technical support and resolve employee IT issues
Manage user accounts, system access, backups & data security
Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot hardware/network problems
Maintain IT assets, inventory and documentation
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Hardware & Networking
Windows troubleshooting & system administration
LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & Wi-Fi
Basic knowledge of CCTV, printers & IT peripherals is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
