Responsibilities

1) Process Control: Monitor slurry viscosity, temperature, and pH levels alongside sand stucco application to ensure proper shell thickness and integrity.

2) Manpower Management: Allocate daily staff duties in the shell/coating room and coordinate work flow with the wax and dewaxing departments.

3) Quality Assurance: Inspect ceramic shells for defects like cracking, delamination, or thin spots prior to drying and firing.

4) Production Targets: Track dipping cycles (typically 5 to 8 layers) to meet output goals while minimizing material waste.

Qualifications

1. Any Graduate
2. 2-3 years experience.
