NexaCore IT is looking for an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Intern to support our client IT environments and gain hands-on exposure to real-time infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT infrastructure and technical support to clients.
- Assist with desktop, laptop, printer, software and connectivity issues.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist with system setup, software installation and user configuration.
- Support IT asset tracking and basic infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve client support requests.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking
- Windows OS and software troubleshooting
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and Wi-Fi
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a client-support environment
Who Can Apply Students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, Diploma or related fields with a strong interest in IT infrastructure and technical support.
