NIdeal For: Recent MBAs (Tier-2 / Tier-3 / regional business schools welcome) or graduates with a degree/specialization in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Education Management who want to run a real business.

NThe Mission

nWe are launching a practical, experiential entrepreneurship program designed to help school students, college founders, and early-stage incubators/accelerators build real businesses.

NUnlike theoretical courses, this program runs through our proprietary Learning Acquisition and Application Platform and is supported by our in-house marketing automation and CRM tools.

NWe are looking for an ambitious intern who doesn't just want to create course content, but wants the hands-on experience of building, launching, and scaling an education business from scratch.

NWhat You Will Do

- Adapt and deploy our entrepreneurship and venture-building curriculum using our internal learning platform.

- Connect with schools, colleges, student entrepreneurship cells (E-Cells), incubators, and startup accelerators to onboard cohorts.

- Use our built-in marketing automation and CRM systems to manage inquiries, automate onboarding journeys, and engage student founders.
N
- Coordinate sessions, monitor participant progress, track project milestones, and ensure high completion rates.
N
- Treat this program likeyour own startup—track participant feedback, refine the delivery model, and report directly to leadership.

nWhat We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: MBA from any recognized university/institute, OR a degree/diploma in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.

- Entrepreneurial Drive: You want to learn how a business is built from ground zero, not sit in a rigid back-office role.

- Tech-Comfortable: Quick to learn and use software platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM workflows.

- Clear Communicator: Comfortable pitching to academic heads, mentoring young students, and simplifying business concepts.

- Execution Mindset: High ownership, self-driven, and ready to work on the ground in Indore.

nCandidate Profile

- Education: MBA (from any recognized university/institute;

candidates from emerging and regional business schools with a strong drive to build businesses are strongly encouraged to apply) OR a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Business Management.

- Experience: 1–3 years of digital marketing or community growth (strong fresh MBA candidates with proven initiative during internships are welcome).

- Hands-on Digital Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital funnel management.

- Execution Mindset: High agency, strong bias for action, and ability to handle both direct institutional pitching and operational implementation.

- Communication: Articulate verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior school leaders as well as mentor collegiate founders.
