We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with C1-level proficiency, along with strong customer-handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a qualified manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and effective resolutions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow established process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet assigned performance, productivity, and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- C1-level English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills.
