About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented International Team Acquisition Executive to recruit football clubs, academies, schools and youth teams from different countries for the Veeran International Youth Cup.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential teams, initiating conversations, following up with decision-makers and converting interested teams into confirmed tournament participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify international football clubs, academies, schools and youth teams.
- Build and maintain a database of international teams and key decision-makers.
- Contact clubs through WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, LinkedIn and phone calls.
- Introduce the Veeran International Youth Cup and communicate tournament details professionally.
- Develop relationships with club owners, academy directors, coaches and tournament coordinators.
- Follow up regularly with interested teams and convert enquiries into registrations.
- Handle basic questions regarding tournament dates, age categories, fees, accommodation, transportation, rules and facilities.
- Coordinate with the management team for applications, confirmations and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily records of all leads, conversations and follow-ups.
- Research new countries and identify suitable markets for team recruitment.




- Generate referrals through existing clubs and football networks.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Performance Targets The candidate will be measured primarily on qualified leads, meaningful conversations, applications and confirmed teams, not merely the number of messages sent.

Expected targets may include

- 30–40 new qualified prospects per day
- 20–30 personalized outreaches per day
- Consistent follow-up of existing prospects
- Weekly generation of qualified international enquiries
- Conversion of interested teams into applications and confirmed registrations

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written English.
- Confident speaking with international clients.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Email.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in sales, business development, international marketing, sports management or tournament promotion.
- Existing contacts within football clubs, academies or sports organizations.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
- Knowledge of football/youth tournaments is an advantage.

Key Success Metric The ultimate goal is to bring confirmed international teams to the Veeran International Youth Cup.
