Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally through voice support.
- Assist US customers with accurate information and effective solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.
