Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: 10+2 / 10+3 / Graduate / Postgraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- International Customer Support

- International Voice Process

- Technical Support Voice Process

- International Technical Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Salary & Advantages CTC: Up to 4.60 LPA

- 30% hike on current CTC OR maximum 4.60 LPA
