Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Travel to international countries for customer meetings, business discussions, exhibitions, conferences, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support new product registrations in respective countries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate customer records, and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly on customer requirements, product registrations, business activities, and pending matters.
- Support the team in maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
