Role Description This hybrid Intern – Consulting, Technology, AI & Digital Transformation role is based in the Pune Division. The intern will support consulting engagements by conducting research, analyzing business processes, and assisting in the development of AI and digital transformation strategies for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing presentations and client-facing documents, helping design and document workflows, and contributing to solution proposals under the guidance of senior consultants.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in internal knowledge-building initiatives,



and supporting project management activities such as status tracking and reporting. The intern will gain exposure to AI use cases, digital tools, and enterprise consulting practices while contributing to real client projects.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present explicit insights.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of AI, data analytics, and digital technologies, with interest in AI strategy, automation, and digital transformation tools.
- Candidates should possess business and consulting skills, including understanding of business processes, basic strategy concepts, and the ability to support client deliverables.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work in teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and basic visualization tools); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in consulting, AI, and digital transformation through coursework, projects, internships, or relevant certifications is highly beneficial.
