We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically accurate interior and architectural design solutions for commercial and residential projects. The role involves concept development, space planning, preparation of detailed drawings, material selection, coordination with consultants and contractors, and supporting projects through execution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior architecture, construction details, materials, and design documentation, along with proficiency in relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts in line with project requirements and client expectations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create accurate architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant software.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, material boards, and design proposals.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and wall elevations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.




- Conduct site visits and monitor the execution of designs as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review site conditions, identify design or execution issues, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and cost-related design inputs.
- Ensure all drawings and design deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and issued within project timelines.
- Incorporate client feedback and make revisions while maintaining design intent and quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, building practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Interior Architecture and Interior Design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and working drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of interior execution, detailing, and site coordination.
- Good understanding of materials, hardware, lighting, flooring, ceilings, and joinery.
- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare qualified presentations and design documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
