Job Profile

A. Key Responsibilities:

- For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.

- For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

B. Job Specifications:

- Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent

- Minimum 0-7 years of work experience in Sales Development role





- Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary

- Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred

- Good Communication Skills

C. :

- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.

- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/products.

- Monitor and review agents? performance. Help them achieve business through customers.

- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.

- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Seek new customers and increase sales.
