Role & responsibilities An Insurance Process Associate or Processor manages the daily administrative and technical workflows of insurance policies. You will work with agents, clients, and underwriters to make sure policy records are correct and updated.Key Responsibilities
- Policy Processing: Create, update, and modify insurance policies based on client requests and agent instructions.
- Data Verification: Check personal details, asset information, and coverage data for accuracy.
- Calculation: Compute premiums, refunds, and adjustments for policyholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clean, secure, and organized physical and electronic database records.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails from clients and agents while documenting all interactions clearly.
Requirements and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Skills: Strong typing, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for client support.
- Software:
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or insurance database systems.
Preferred candidate profile only 2025 and 2026 passouts are eligible
