Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing business decisions.

- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
