? Key Responsibilities✔️ Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and working professionals
✔️ Counsel learners on training programs, certifications, career opportunities, and learning pathways
✔️ Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant courses
✔️ Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
✔️ Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue through effective sales conversion
✔️ Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and conversion targets
✔️ Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM
✔️ Build strong relationships and deliver an excellent learner experience
✔️ Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize lead conversion
