What You'll Do - Drive pure hunting & new business development

- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from scratch
- Prospect international accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Identify and engage CXOs, Founders and senior decision-makers
- Sell technology, digital, design and consulting services
- Own opportunities from prospecting through qualification and closure
- Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI tools for account research, prospect identification,



personalised outreach and pipeline generation What We're Looking For - 3+ years of hardcore B2B hunting / new business sales
- Robust international selling experience
- Experience selling technology / IT / digital / professional services
- Strong tech understanding and ability to speak with technology stakeholders
- Proven track record of building pipeline from zero
- Excellent cold outreach, communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience using Claude + AI tools for sales prospecting and pipeline building
- Strong startup mindset — proactive, target-driven and comfortable with ambiguity ⭐ Highly Preferred - GCC selling experience
- Enterprise technology / IT services sales
- International B2B service selling
