Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Mumbai and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of cross-border payment and logistics-related projects.

The Project

Manager coordinates with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensures that all activities align with regulatory and security standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing risks and dependencies, monitoring expediting and inspection activities,



and optimizing logistics flows to meet customer expectations. The role involves preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving processes for efficiency and quality.

The Project

Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to monitor, follow up, and ensure timely completion of critical project activities.
- Inspection experience to oversee quality checks, compliance reviews, and adherence to operational standards.
- Logistics Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and optimize movement of documents, funds, and related resources.
- Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; skilled project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
