Role Description The Information Technology Engineer role is an on-site position based in Mohpa. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of IT systems. The IT Engineer will monitor and maintain network infrastructure, implement basic network security measures, and assist with configuration, installation, and upgrades of IT equipment and applications.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, documenting solutions,



and collaborating with other teams to support ongoing projects and digital transformation initiatives. The role also requires proactive system checks, user training on IT best practices, and adherence to company policies and security standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology fundamentals and practical experience in general IT operations.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and user issues.
- Candidates should possess Networking skills, including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
- Candidates should possess Network Security awareness and skills to support secure configurations, access control, and incident reporting.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
