Wizfair Travel is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to join our growing IT team in Gurgaon.

? Position: IT Helpdesk Executive

? Experience: 3–4+ Years in IT Helpdesk / IT Support

? Qualification: Technical Graduate

? Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

? Shift: Rotational Shifts

? Weekly Off: Rotational Off

? Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

? Key Requirements:

? 3–4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support

? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

? Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking and system support

? Ability to handle and resolve employee IT-related issues efficiently

? Positive communication and interpersonal skills





? Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

? Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

? Employee Transportation : Shuttle facility available both ways between the office and Guru Dronacharya Metro Station.
