Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. In this position, the intern will assist in identifying and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms, supporting outreach campaigns, and maintaining influencer databases. Daily tasks include coordinating communication with creators, helping manage collaboration timelines, and tracking content deliverables and performance metrics.

The intern will support the marketing team in campaign planning, preparing briefs, monitoring live campaigns, and compiling reports on influencer activities. The role also involves basic market research on trends,



competitor activities, and emerging creators, while contributing ideas to improve influencer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust social media familiarity and understanding of influencer ecosystems, including platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and professional email and messaging etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and analytical skills, such as interest in digital marketing, ability to interpret campaign performance data, and attention to detail in reporting.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project-support skills, including time management, task prioritization, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand collaborations is an advantage.
