Venara Collective is a Hyderabad-based influencer marketing and talent management agency with a strong creator network across South India.

We work extensively with creators and influencers across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala, while executing campaigns for brands across India.

Our core strength is our understanding of the regional creator ecosystem. We help brands discover, source and work with relevant creators across categories, languages, platforms and markets, while managing the commercial and executional aspects of campaigns.

We are a growing, hands-on team where every individual plays an important role in building the company. The role offers significant exposure to creators, brands, campaign execution and the opportunity to take ownership rather than simply operate within a large agency structure.

About the RoleWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands the creator ecosystem and can independently manage the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable identifying creators, communicating with talent, negotiating commercials, building proposals and coordinating campaigns from brief to completion.

Key Responsibilities● Identify and shortlist relevant creators based on campaign briefs, audience, platform, geography, category and content style.

● Build influencer proposals with creator recommendations, commercials and relevant campaign information.

● Source creators across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

● Communicate with creators and talent managers regarding availability, commercials, deliverables and campaign requirements.

● Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables wherever required.





● Maintain and regularly update the creator database, metrics, contact information and rate cards.

● Research and onboard new and relevant creators to expand the agency's creator network.

● Coordinate with creators/managers throughout the campaign lifecycle.

● Share briefs, scripts, timelines and deliverables with creators and ensure timely execution.

● Track campaign deliverables, approvals, posting schedules and other requirements.

● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers.

● Identify opportunities to strengthen Venara Collective's creator network across South India.

Requirements● 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, talent management, creator partnerships or a related field.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator/influencer ecosystem.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to independently handle creator communication and campaign coordination.

● Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

● Good understanding of creator commercials, deliverables and campaign requirements.

● Strong proficiency in English and Telugu.

● Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada is a strong advantage.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

● Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
