Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Associate Intern, you will support the development and execution of influencer campaigns across social media platforms in a full time capacity. You will help identify and research potential creators, assist in outreach and relationship management, and coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining influencer databases, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams on campaign briefs and content guidelines.





You will contribute to brainstorming ideas for creator collaborations, assist with communication and follow-ups, and help ensure smooth on-site coordination when needed. This is an on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and partnerships teams.

Qualifications

- Ability to research and identify relevant influencers and creators, including analyzing audience profiles and content niches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creator outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing trends.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and influencer relationships simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Gurugram.
- Interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, and brand partnerships; prior internship experience in marketing or social media is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
