Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities at the site.

- Ensure smooth and reliable operation of electrical equipment, instrumentation systems, and associated facilities.

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation-related faults and breakdowns.

- Supervise maintenance of motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, DG sets, control panels, cables, switchgear, sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLC/DCS systems, etc., as applicable.

- Ensure proper calibration and functioning of field instruments and control systems.

- Coordinate with operations and other departments for planned maintenance and breakdown resolution.

- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, breakdown reports, inspection reports, and daily activity reports.

- Ensure availability of critical electrical and instrumentation spares and coordinate with the concerned department for timely procurement.

- Monitor manpower deployment and allocate duties to E&I; technicians, electricians, and instrument technicians.

- Ensure proper execution of work as per approved procedures, technical standards, and OEM recommendations.

- Identify recurring faults and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures,



permit-to-work systems, LOTO, PPE requirements, and site safety rules.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site management regarding E&I-related; activities.

- Support commissioning, installation, testing, and modification of electrical and instrumentation equipment whenever required.

- Maintain proper documentation of equipment history, maintenance records, and inspection/calibration certificates.

- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency.

- Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions in electrical and instrumentation areas.

- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.

- Conduct toolbox meetings and provide technical guidance to the E&I; team.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company policies.

- Perform any other E&I-related; duties assigned by the Project Manager/Site Head.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.

- Relevant experience in industrial maintenance/O&M;, power plant, mining, manufacturing, or heavy engineering projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
