Bringing an enterprise customer onto Sheshi means getting their account structure right, entity hierarchies, chart of accounts, reporting frameworks, and consolidation setup all configured correctly before they go live.

Where a customer needs prior years of financial history brought in, that has to be migrated and validated with equal rigour.

As Associate, Enterprise Onboarding, you are part of the team that makes this happen, grounded in real accounting expertise, working directly with customers to structure, configure, and validate their accounts for go-live.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Own

Account Structuring and Configuration

- Configure chart of accounts, entity hierarchies, reporting structure, and close settings for assigned customer accounts.
- Work on multi-entity, multi-GAAP, and multi-currency configurations as customer complexity requires.

Consolidation Setup

- Support consolidation configuration, intercompany relationships and group reporting structure, under your Lead's guidance as you build capability in this area.





Historical Data Migration and Validation

- Migrate historical MIS and statutory financials for assigned customers where required, following the team's established methodology.
- Validate migrated data against the customer's original financials until it fully reconciles; escalate complex discrepancies to your Lead.

Direct Customer Engagement

- Engage customers directly to understand entity structure, gather financial data, and validate configuration and accuracy.
- Move the onboarding forward at pace, flag issues early and resolve them directly.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Background and Strengths

Experience

- 3–4 years in financial reporting, accounting, or ERP or any financial systems implementation.
- Exposure to financial system configuration, multi-entity reporting, or reconciliation is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working directly with customers to gather and validate financial and structural data.

Functional Depth

- Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals, IndAS, Schedule III, and financial statement preparation.
- Ability to configure financial systems accurately, chart of accounts, entity structures, and reporting hierarchies.
- Ability to reconcile financial data with precision and identify discrepancies confidently.
- Willingness to build capability in multi-entity, multi-GAAP, and consolidation configuration over time.

Nice to Have

- Experience with financial systems implementation or SaaS onboarding.
- Exposure to consolidation, intercompany eliminations, or multi-currency reporting.
- Prior client-facing experience in a finance or accounting context.
