Role & responsibilities
Machine Shop Maintenance
- To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA,etc.
- CNC Machine Knowledge (Ball screw, Spindle, Index table, ATC & Magazine)
- To be able to troubleshoot, service pneumatics, hydraulics & servo hydraulic related issues
Knowledge in SPM (Honing, Grinding, Fillet Rolling, Induction Hardening, Washing, Measuring (QC) machines
- Able to read pneumatic & hydraulic circuits
- Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Valuable Maintenance standards & practices.
Experience: 2 years - 15 years
