We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring for our Wealth Management business. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and ensuring timely closures for various Wealth Management roles including Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Investment Specialists, and Leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, market intelligence, and hiring challenges.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and HR systems.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and monthly hiring reports.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance requirements.
