- MQ Queues, Queue Managers & Channels
- MQ PUB/SUB Model & Setup
- MQ/IIB installation in Linux environments
- High Severity Incident Troubleshooting & RCA
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- IBM PMR handling/escalation
- SSL, Authentication & Authorization
- Production / 24x7 support experience

Key Responsibilities• Ensure high availability of middleware infrastructure

- Handle incident, problem and change management
- Troubleshoot critical/high-severity MQ/IIB issues
- Coordinate with application and customer teams
- Prepare RCA, SOPs and technical documentation
- Handle technical escalations and incident closure
- Ensure compliance with SLA/SOW requirements
