We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer with a strong Java background to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM BPM development, workflow implementation, and Java-based application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and maintain business process workflows using IBM BPM.

- Design and implement BPM solutions based on business and functional requirements.

- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

- Work with Java/J2EE, Spring, XML, JSON, and related technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.





- Follow Agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

Required Skills

- 36 years of experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow.

- Robust Java/J2EE development background.

- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integration.

- Good knowledge of Java, Spring, XML, JSON, and SQL.

- Understanding of BPM workflows, process applications, coaches, services, and integrations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
