The candidate should be capable of independently handling hiring requirements for telecallers, sales executives, customer-support staff, logistics personnel and other operational roles. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for different departments Post vacancies on Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews Coordinate final interviews with department heads Issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding Maintain employee records and personal documents Monitor daily attendance, working hours, leaves and late arrivals Coordinate monthly salary and incentive calculations Maintain recruitment, attendance and performance reports Handle employee queries,
