Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit procedures for on-site staff at the Rudrapur facility. This full-time, on-site role will support HR policy implementation, maintain accurate personnel records, coordinate employee benefits, and assist in handling employee grievances and workplace concerns.

The specialist will help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, support performance management activities, and contribute to HR-related reporting and analytics.



The role will also involve collaborating with managers on recruitment activities, coordinating training initiatives, and promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design, implement, and interpret HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including compliance, documentation, and employee communication.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices; prior manufacturing or plant experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
