Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time remote role responsible for leading HR operations, sourcing candidates and supporting team members across Shine Logistics. This role oversees recruitment and onboarding processes, partners with leaders to forecast talent needs, and ensures a smooth, inclusive hiring experience.

The Human Resources

Manager administers compensation and benefits programs, maintains HR policies,



and supports performance management, coaching, and employee development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling confidential inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The role also collaborates with leadership to promote an engaging, equitable, and growth-oriented culture aligned with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for a variety of roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across remote teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
