About the RoleMY ARMOR is looking for a responsible and hands-on HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations and build strong HR systems for our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, hiring and onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records
- Manage labour compliance, PF, ESIC and statutory requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Manage factory manpower and workforce requirements
- Improve employee discipline, punctuality and accountability
- Maintain proper HR documentation and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Valuable knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC and HR compliance
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Hands-on, disciplined and process-oriented
- Must be able to commute regularly to Visnagar
- Local candidates from Visnagar are preferred over candidates commuting from long distances
Salary: ₹35,000/month, negotiable for a good candidate
