This is a paid internship built around genuine contribution, not busywork. You will work alongside our engineering and consulting team on products and client projects that are actively running in manufacturing plants, labs, and RMC sites today.

About the Role

As Abhni scales its consulting and product teams across engineering, delivery, and client facing roles, HR is central to hiring the right people fast and keeping a distributed, project driven team engaged.

What You Will Work On

- Support talent acquisition for engineering and technical roles
- Help design and improve the onboarding process for current hires
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Assist with HR policy documentation and process standardization
- Support performance review cycle coordination




- Contribute to employer branding efforts aimed at tech and engineering talent

- MBA students specializing in Human Resources
- Interest in technology and startup hiring practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
