Role Overview
Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, documentation, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration. Acting as a key point of contact between employees and the management while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, employees, and management.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize NDAs, employment agreements, offer letters, experience letters, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Manage and maintain monthly payroll records, including attendance and leave inputs, salary-related information, and payroll coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact between employees and co-founders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Listen to and address employee concerns, feedback, and workplace issues, escalating matters to management where required.
- Support employee engagement and motivation initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure employees are informed about relevant company policies, processes, and updates.
- Maintain and monitor office expenses and administrative records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of operational expenses.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and workplace practices.
- Assist management with day-to-day HR and administrative operations and contribute to improving employee experience and organizational efficiency.
