We're Hiring: Human Resources Associate

Experience: 0–5 Years | Freshers Preferred

Engagement Type: 100% Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary, No Base Pay

We're looking for a hands-on HR Associate to join our people operations team — someone comfortable managing real recruitment drives, working directly in ATS/HRIS tools, and handling end-to-end HR processes, not just theoretical HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, candidate pipelines, and screening using ATS tools (Zoho Recruit / Freshteam)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews using interview scorecards; support bias-mitigation practices
- Manage onboarding workflows — offer letters, employee records, and onboarding documentation via HRIS systems
- Support payroll and compensation structuring fundamentals
- Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, and employee communications using Canva / Google Docs
- Build and analyze HR dashboards — attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement metrics using Google Sheets / Power BI
- Design and run employee engagement surveys using Google Forms ; analyze feedback
- Support performance management processes — goal-setting, review cycles, and feedback frameworks
- Apply core employment law and HR compliance basics across all people processes
- Collaborate on people-ops workflows and documentation via Slack / Notion




- Handle end-to-end HR process design — from sourcing through onboarding and engagement

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge (Mandatory):

- Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit / Freshteam) — job postings, pipelines, screening
- Sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter , Boolean search
- Structured interviewing — competency frameworks and scorecards
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding/employee lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of payroll and compensation structuring
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Power BI for HR analytics and dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication — policy drafting, offer letters, employee communication
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR ethics
- Comfort with survey tools and engagement/feedback analysis

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers with the above HR-tech knowledge and strong communication skills — given first preference
- Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant HR experience are also welcome
- Degree/diploma in HR, business, psychology, or a related field preferred
- No prior qualified HR experience required, but strong communication skills essential
