We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern Clinical Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring clinical professionals across our dialysis centers.
Job Summary The HR Intern Clinical Recruitment will support the end-to-end recruitment activities for clinical positions, including Dialysis Technicians, Staff Nurses, Center Managers, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates for clinical positions through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in posting job openings and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
- Identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
1. Candidate Screening & Recruitment Support
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates based on the defined job requirements.
- Understand candidate experience, qualifications, availability, and salary expectations.
- Share suitable profiles with the recruitment team for further evaluation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
1. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews as required.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels regarding interview status and feedback.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
1. Offer & Joining Coordination
- Support the recruitment team in offer rollout and candidate communication.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular updates on candidate joining status and offer acceptance.
1. Recruitment MIS & Process Support
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Update recruitment status, interview feedback, and joining details.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment timelines and improving candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Willingness to learn healthcare / clinical recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Internship Requirements
- Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
- Willingness to work on clinical recruitment requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple candidate follow-ups and recruitment activities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available for the internship duration are preferred.
