Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various non-IT roles through headhunting, screening, shortlisting, and sourcing techniques.

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including headhunting, screening, shortlisting, and sourcing.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
