About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

The candidate must be comfortable communicating with candidates in English, Hindi, and Telugu and should be able to handle multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact until joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets and timelines.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Assist with other HR activities and employee-related coordination as required.

Requirements -

- Bachelors degree is mandatory in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic recruitment tools.
- Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring or target-based recruitment will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
