Job Overview

DAMAC Advisor is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance, and HR operations.

The role will also involve regular visits to company/project sites during the week, so the candidate should be comfortable with travelling within Mumbai as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in joining formalities, employee engagement, and company policies.
- Support payroll-related activities and provide necessary attendance/employee data.
- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR concerns.




- Coordinate with different teams and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Visit company/project sites during the week for employee coordination and HR-related requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support management with other HR and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
- Experience in real estate, construction, sales, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Should be comfortable travelling to project/company sites during the week.
