Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HSD/Fuel Management, preferably in road, highway, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of diesel stock management and reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of equipment-wise fuel consumption monitoring
Maintain accurate records of daily diesel receipts, consumption, and balance stock.
- Ensure diesel is issued only against authorized requests/indent and proper documentation.
- Maintain HSD stock register, issue register, receipt records, and daily consumption reports.
- Record and monitor diesel consumption for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, and construction machinery
- Reconcile physical HSD stock with system/book records on a regular basis.
