- Exp: 10-15 Years
- Must-Have: Proven recruitment experience in Construction / Real Estate / EPC. Expertise in Subcontractor & Site-level hiring. Solid Naukri RMS & contractor network.

OPENING 2: Senior Manager - HR Generalist
- Location: Bangalore (Site/Region - WFO)
- Exp: 15-20 Years
- Must-Have: Core HR Generalist from Construction / Real Estate industry. Hands-on in Site HR, Compliance, ER & Advanced Excel - MIS, Dashboards, Pivot, VLOOKUP Reporting is Mandatory.
