Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment cycle for lateral positions
- Coordinate with Management to understand hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Experience in lateral hiring for manufacturing roles
- Good follow-up skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification

· Any Bachelor’s Degree (BA / B.Com / B.Sc or equivalent)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
