What You'll Do
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals & social media
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Salary & Growth Freshers: 13,000/month + Performance Incentives
With HR Recruitment Internship: 15,000/month + Performance Incentives
Performance review after 2 months
Salary revision from 3rd month based on performance
