- Extract and manage worker, position, hire, and job-related data from TMICC Workday through scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain EIB templates for:

- Assign Pay Group
- Reconcile job profiles and grades between TMICC and Unilever Workday environments where direct mappings are unavailable.
- Raise and manage ServiceNow tickets for EIB uploads, manual RITMs, and other interim-state activities.
- Coordinate Supervisory Organization, Custom Organization, and Location alignment across both Workday tenants.
- Generate and distribute daily IAU, email, and username reports to stakeholders.
- Support alternate data extraction methods through Saviynt when required.
- Troubleshoot provisioning issues across Workday, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments.
- Monitor manual interventions,



maintain audit-ready records, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday and EIB template creation/loading.
- Experience working with Workday reports and data extraction.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow case management processes.
- Understanding of HR data flows within multi-tenant Workday environments.
- Familiarity with mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or TSA environments is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SailPoint IGA, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage large data volumes and work within tight SLAs.
